A few years ago, I worked with a client dentist who was trying to do more implant cases. This dentist ran ads promoting implant information seminars. Typically he spends a few thousand dollars each month to promote one seminar by running ads in local newspapers.

According to the dentist, his seminar ad campaign would generate a dozen or so inquiries with about 4 or 5 people actually showing up for the seminar...sometimes only 1 or 2 people showed up.
